We strive to provide the highest quality prints possible, but the final output heavily depends on the quality of the file you provide.

• Verify Before Printing: Please double-check your documents for spelling, layout, and formatting errors before sending them to us.
• Pre-existing Errors: We are not responsible for typos, low-resolution pixelation, or formatting issues that are already present in the uploaded or shared file.
• Preferred Formats: For the best results, we highly recommend sharing files in PDF format to ensure formatting is retained.

Due to the differences in how colors are displayed on mobile and computer screens (RGB) versus how they are printed on paper (CMYK), slight color variations are completely normal.

We use high-quality commercial printers, but we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match to what you see on your personal digital device screen.

All prices provided over WhatsApp, phone, or in-store are estimates based on standard requirements.

• Variable Pricing: Final prices may vary depending on the exact quantity, paper GSM (thickness), paper type (glossy/matte), urgency of the order, and required finishing (binding, lamination).
• Bulk Orders: We offer special rates for bulk printing and student projects. These rates must be discussed and confirmed prior to starting the print job.

While we pride ourselves on speed and offer same-day service for most orders, completion times are subject to shop traffic and the size of your order.

During peak times (e.g., college project submission weeks), delays may occur. We will always try to communicate realistic pickup times when you place your order.

• Payment: We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major digital payments in-store.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, you must do so before the printing process begins. Once your files have been sent to the printer, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds: Since printing is a customized service, we generally do not offer refunds once the job is completed unless there is a clear mechanical error caused by our equipment.
