Click on File in the top-left menu bar.
Click Save As (Windows) or Export (Mac) from the menu.
In the format or file type dropdown, select PDF.
Click Save. Your PDF file is created in the same folder as your Word document.
Shortcut: Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac) → set printer to 'Microsoft Print to PDF' or 'Save as PDF' → click Print.
Method 2
Open the .ppt or .pptx file in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Click File in the top menu, then click Save As or Export.
In the format dropdown, select PDF.
Click Options and ensure Full Page Slides is selected as the publish type.
Click Save. Your PDF slides are ready to send.
Handout layouts print 2 or 6 slides per page which are too small. Always use Full Page Slides.
Method 3

Method 4
Install Google Docs or the Microsoft Office app from the Play Store if not already installed. Open your document.
In Google Docs: tap the three-dot menu (⋮) → Share & Export → Save as PDF.
Alternatively, tap Share → Print → tap the PDF icon in the top-right → Save as PDF.
Before Sending
Ensure content is not too close to edges. Use at least 1cm margin on all sides.
Zoom in on images in the PDF. If they look blurry on screen, they will print blurry. Fix in original file before converting.
Verify the PDF has the correct number of pages before sending.
